In-House Workshop 

Our School recently held a series of in-house workshops designed to empower teachers through collaborative learning and professional development. These workshops, led by both seasoned educators and external resource persons, focused on enhancing teaching strategies, integrating technology in the classroom, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Teachers from various departments came together to share best practices, discuss innovative teaching methods, and address common challenges. The sessions provided hands-on training in the latest educational tools and techniques, promoting a dynamic and engaging classroom experience. Through peer-led sessions, teachers had the opportunity to showcase their unique approaches and successful strategies, encouraging cross-disciplinary collaboration. External experts brought fresh perspectives and insights, enriching the workshops with advanced knowledgeand real-world applications. The interactive nature of the workshops allowed for active participation, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. These workshops not only improved instructional skills but also boosted teacher morale and confidence. By the end of the program, educators felt more equipped to implement new ideas and techniques in their classrooms. The in-house workshops at AF School Sulur underscored the importance of ongoing professional development and highlighted the collective effort to provide the highest quality education for students.

Development Of Critical And Creative Thinking Among Students

Essentials Of Lesson Plan For Effective Teaching

Trainings

On June 18th and 19th, our school conducted a comprehensive Teachers Orientation Workshop aimed at enhancing professional skills and aligning with contemporary educational frameworks. The workshop focuses on crucial aspects of modern teaching practices. The event was attended by all teaching staff and facilitated by esteemed experts in the field.

  • Implementation of NEP in School  by Shri R.K. Mishra, the principal of KV Sulur
  • Professional Development on Effective Classroom Management Tools and Techniques by Mr. Audithya & Team, UDDY Learning Academy
  • Change in Role of Teachers in Modern Times by Mr. Geo John, Principal of Sarada International School

     

    The Teachers Orientation Workshop was a resounding success, providing valuable insights and practical tools for enhancing teaching effectiveness. The workshop not only equipped our teachers with advanced skills but also fostered a collaborative and progressive educational environment.

  • Mrs. Syamili TS TGT teacher attended a workshop on the topic of Information Technology at Great Harvest Vidyalaya Avadi on 7 th May 24.
  • Mrs. A Vidhya Bharathi NTT teacher attended a workshop on Balvatika & JaduiPitara at National Model Senior School, Kalloori Nagar,Peelamedu (CBE) on June 14 th June 24.
