Guidelines For Parents

  1.  Please be sure to inform the school if there is any change in your address, designation or telephone number by submitting an application to the class teacher promptly.
  2.  Check the school portal / website regularly. Keep yourself updated about school activities & other information.
  3.  We appreciate that messages for the school or teacher from parents should be delivered in person / in writing / telephone .Word-of mouth messages through children or friends or guardian is not encouraged.
  4.  You are allowed to meet Principal/ HM and Teachers during the visiting hours. Meeting the Principal/ HM with prior appointment will be appreciated.
  5.  Parents must ensure that their wards join the school on the notified date at the beginning of the term or after each vacation.
  6.  Taking leave during working days is strongly discouraged unless it’s an emergency Parents are responsible to make up for the loss of studies in case of leave taken. The school will give guidance to children to be at par with the lost classes.
  7.  Ensure that your child does not bring any valuable articles to school. In case of loss of valuables, the school will not be responsible for it.
  8.  Parents to ensure that their wards attend school in neat and well ironed, complete uniform.
  9.  Parents are requested not to collect their wards during school hours. In case of emergency the parent should come in person or an authorized person should along with the application with parents signature .Parents must also convey the message telephonically to the concerned In- charge.

Code of Conduct for Parents

  1. The diary to be brought to the school everyday.
  2. Parents and teachers may communicate through the diary. Prompt response by the parents to the teacher’s remarks can help in avoiding parents visit to the school to clarify simple matters.
  3. Parents Teachers Meetings are compulsory and parents are requested to attend them regularly.
  4. Inter house competitions / open competitions are organized for students. Parents are advised to encourage children to participate.
  5. Progress Report Card will be issued on the day of PTM.
  6. The Final assessment of a pupil at the end of the academic year will be based on his / her achievement in the formative and summative assessments.
  7. Parents are not allowed to go to class rooms during school hours as it may disturb the students. They can meet the teachers between 2.00pm to 2.30pm and on all working days except second Saturday. They can meet the headmistress after taking appointment for the same.
    Exigency exempted.

    Note: If the child loses the school diary, he/she has to pay the penalty and get a new diary from the office.

Code Of Conduct For Students

Library Instructions

There will be a library period for each class once in a week.

Library story book will be issued to your child on that respective day.

Library story book will be issued to read out the story to your child from the library book issued from the school.

Return the issued library story book back to the school on corresponding day of the next week.

In case the child is absent on that day the book is to be returned on the next day when the child comes to school.(this would be without a fine).

If the library book is damaged double the amount of book will be charged.

All fines should be positively remitted put in a sealed envelope, with the child’s name, class & section written on the envelope.

Library book will not be issue one week before 15th August, 26th January, sports day and annual day due to practice and rehearsals.

Library book will also not be issued for autumn and Christmas vacations.
